We accept fewer instructions than we are offered. The firm is structured to keep it that way: a partnership, not a platform, with the time to do unhurried work.
The most useful advice we give is often the advice to do nothing yet. Our fee model is built around it. A client who is paying us to recommend patience is, in our view, getting their money's worth.
If a transaction is right, we will say so plainly. If it is not, we will say that too, and we will say it early.
